There are three ways in which a project will be approached by the company. These depend on the size and involvement of the job.
1. Basic Installation
The first step on a basic electrical installation will consist of a site visit with the client to assess their requirements and needs. The next stage will be back at the office where a design and quote will be compiled and forwarded on to the client. On acceptance of the quote then the work will programmed into the companies schedule of works and the necessary equipment ordered. The final stage will be the installation of the job and all associated paperwork on completion.
2. Tendering for work
When tendering for a job the first requirement would be a copy of the layout drawings for the specific installation along with a comprehensive specification for the associated works. Once the necessary information has been received then a quote will be compiled using the information provided. There will need to be a site visit at some point during the quotation of the job to answer any questions raised before the final figure can be submitted. On acceptance of the quote the work will be programmed in and on completion all associated paperwork issued.
